How long does it take to install a roof?
Typically, a new roof will be installed in one day. Roof replacements with a tear-off and decking replacement also typically take one day but may take longer depending on the work required.
Can you tell me more about your cancellation policy?
Agreements are binding once they are in force and payments are expected by the agreed-upon times. However, we always strive to collaborate with you if something unforeseen occurs.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your installation, we request a 33% down payment with the remainder to be paid at the completion of the installation.
What is the referral program?
Each time you refer someone to R2S and they complete a roof installation you will be awarded a gift card. There is no limit on how many referrals you may make.
Is it possible to change my installation date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
